We know that as a parent, your time is precious, so we've put together this page to give you a quick overview of the key facts and figures, as well as links to more detailed information if you need it.
School Clubs
We offer a wide range of school clubs and activities, which provide our students with opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills, and make friends. Our clubs range from sports teams and music ensembles to language clubs and community service projects, and are open to all students.
School Timings
All gates are opened at 8.30am
Doors to classrooms are open for all pupils at 8:40am.
Registration opens in classrooms at 8.45am and closes at 8.55am.
If a child arrives after 8.55am, they will need to go to the main office to register and order their lunch.
Morning Play is at 10.30 -10.45am for KS1 and Year 3/4 and 10.50-11.05am for Year 5/6. Our EYFS children and the Year 1 classes use the playground at the bottom the school,
opposite the front entrance (although their breaks may be at differing times).The Year 2 playground is in the middle of the school adjacent to the school field. Year 3 and 4 children (10.30-10.45am) and Year 5 and 6 children (10.50-11.05am) share the playground and upper playground.
Lunchtimes start at 11.45am for the Foundation Stage and 12.15pm for Years 1-6.
Afternoon Lessons resume at 1.15pm for all children and conclude at 3.15pm for EYFS and Year 1/2 and 3.20pm for KS2 children.
Parents are welcomed at the end of the school day into the playground or outside classrooms. This helps us to build up a close relationship between school and home – we want to engage positively with all parents and carers.
If you are going to be late collecting your child or alternative arrangements have been made please inform the school so we are aware, which will help to avoid confusion. Parking is very limited around the school, we are situated in a residential area so please park wisely, consider our residents and the lawful parking restrictions which are enforced by our local constabulary.
